30 вересня 2025 року в онлайн форматі в рамках проєкту Erasmus + Capacity building in VET «MENTAL HEALTH FOR EDUCATIONAL INCLUSION IN DISTRESSED UKRAINIAN VET» (MIND) відбувся вебінар. Серед членів консорціуму – НРЗВО «Кам’янець-Подільський державний інститут» (ректор Мар’ян ТРІПАК; проектний менеджер НРЗВО КПДІ Марина Волощук) ВСП Кам’янець-Подільський фаховий коледж НРЗВО КПДІ.

Під час вебінару учасники ознайомились із особливостями мобільності кейсами впровадження досвіду закладів освіти Італії, Бельгії, Польщі.

Учасники заходу обговорили особливості імплементації проєкту. розробки внутрішніх стратегій розвитку закладів освіти України – членів консорціуму проєкту MIND, а саме стратегій, які включають середньострокове бачення та практичні заходи для українських закладів щодо взаємодії з місцевими стейкголдерами, особливо з малим та середнім бізнесом (МСБ) та приватним сектором, окреслено стратегії прогнозування та реагування на динамічні потреби у навичках у межах місцевого соціально-економічного контексту, що сприятиме підвищенню стійкості та потенціалу розширення діяльності ЗО (Робочий пакет 2); адаптації досвіду міжнародних патнерів та проєкту MIND.

WEBINAR WITHIN THE INTERNATIONAL PROJECT Erasmus+ Capacity Building in VET “MENTAL HEALTH FOR EDUCATIONAL INCLUSION IN DISTRESSED UKRAINIAN VET”

On September 30, 2025, an online webinar was held within the framework of the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in VET project “MENTAL HEALTH FOR EDUCATIONAL INCLUSION IN DISTRESSED UKRAINIAN VET” (MIND). The consortium members include the ERIHE “Kamianets-Podilskyi State Institute” (Rector Marian TRIPAK; Project Manager – Maryna VOLOSHCHUK) and SSS Kamianets-Podilskyi Professional College ERIHE KPSI.

During the webinar, participants explored the specifics of mobility and case studies on implementing the experiences of educational institutions from Italy, Belgium and Poland.

The participants discussed the implementation of the project and the development of internal development strategies for the Ukrainian educational institutions involved in the MIND project. These strategies include a medium-term vision and actionable measures for Ukrainian institutions to engage with local stakeholders, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and the private sector. Furthermore, the strategies for anticipating and responding to dynamic skill needs within the local socio-economic context were outlined, aiming to enhance the resilience and outreach capabilities of these educational institutions (Work Package 2), as well as the adaptation of the MIND project’s and international partners’ experiences.
