24 лютого 2026 року відбулася планова робоча зустріч партнерів міжнародного консорціуму проєкту Erasmus+ MIND. Активну участь в обговоренні взяли члени консорціуму від НРЗВО «Кам’янець-Подільський державний інститут» (координація під керівництвом ректора, професора Мар’яна Тріпака; адміністрування та менеджмент — керівниця відділу міжнародних зв’язків, кандидат педагогічних наук Марина Волощук); ВСП Кам’янець-Подільський фаховий коледж НРЗВО КПДІ (під керівництвом в.о. директора Наталії Сторожук).

Головною метою зустрічі став моніторинг поточного статусу імплементації проєкту, який раніше Європейська Комісія офіційно визнала прикладом найкращої практики за високу якість управління та соціальну значущість. У фокусі уваги учасників зустрічі було вирішення стратегічних та операційних завдань, пов’язаних із підготовкою до найближчого етапу міжнародної академічної мобільності:

1. Деталізація та організація академічної мобільності. Учасники консорціуму детально пропрацювали дорожню карту підготовки до майбутнього виїзду української делегації до європейських партнерів. Зокрема, було узгоджено:

• Календарний графік та логістику: Затверджено чіткі терміни та етапи підготовки документів, погоджено дати візитів та структуру майбутньої програми мобільності.
• Підготовку навчально-методичного контенту: Проєктна команда наголосила на важливості розробки вичерпних інформаційних матеріалів, інструментарію оцінювання та адаптаційних комплексів. Ці напрацювання презентуватимуть український досвід та стануть основою для воркшопів під час стажування.
• Інституційні процедури: Обговорено алгоритми конкурсного відбору учасників мобільності серед викладачів і фахівців соціально-психологічної сфери, а також оформлення угод про мобільність (Mobility Agreements) відповідно до вимог Програми Еразмус+.

2. Звітність та фінансовий менеджмент. Для забезпечення безперервності фінансування та дотримання жорстких дедлайнів Виконавчого агентства з освіти та культури, партнери скоординували підготовку проміжних звітів. Було сформовано вимоги до додаткових аналітичних і фінансових матеріалів, які підтверджують цільове використання гранту та якісне виконання робочих пакетів.

Щиро висловлюємо вдячність усім європейським та українським партнерам, колегам та однодумцям за продуктивну взаємодію, креативний підхід до розв’язання складних завдань та постійну солідарність!

Попри виклики сьогодення, ми впевнено рухаємося вперед, тримаючи чіткий курс на інтернаціоналізацію та посилення стійкості української освіти. Результати цієї зустрічі дозволять суттєво вдосконалити освітній процес, забезпечити підготовку нового покоління конкурентоспроможних фахівців, а також дадуть поштовх для нових прикладних наукових досліджень у сфері соціально-психологічної допомоги та інклюзії.

On February 24, 2026, a scheduled working meeting of the international consortium partners of the Erasmus+ MIND project took place. Active participation in the discussion was taken by consortium members from the Educational and rehabilitation institution of higher education “Kamianets-Polilskyi State Institute” (coordinated under the leadership of the Rector, Professor Marian Tripak; administered and managed by the Head of the International Relations Department, PhD in Pedagogy Maryna Voloshchuk) and the Separate Structural Subdivision Kamianets-Polilskyi Professional College of ERIHE KPSI (under the leadership of the Acting Director Nataliia Storozhuk).

The main objective of the meeting was to monitor the current status of the project’s implementation, which had previously been officially recognized by the European Commission as a “Best Practice Selection” for its high quality of management and social significance. The participants focused on resolving strategic and operational tasks related to the preparation for the upcoming stage of international academic mobility:

1. Specification and Organization of Academic Mobility. The consortium members thoroughly elaborated on the roadmap for the upcoming visit of the Ukrainian delegation to European partners. In particular, the following aspects were agreed upon:

• Timeline and Logistics: Clear deadlines and phases for document preparation were approved, and the dates of the visits along with the structure of the upcoming mobility program were coordinated.
• Preparation of Educational and Methodological Content: The project team emphasized the importance of developing comprehensive information materials, assessment toolkits, and adaptation packages. These developments will showcase the Ukrainian experience and serve as the foundation for workshops during the internship.
• Institutional Procedures: The algorithms for the competitive selection of mobility participants among lecturers and professionals in the socio-psychological sphere were discussed, as well as the formalization of Mobility Agreements in accordance with the regulations of the Erasmus+ Programme.

2. Reporting and Financial Management. To ensure funding continuity and compliance with the strict deadlines set by the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), the partners coordinated the preparation of interim reports. Requirements were established for additional analytical and financial documents that verify the targeted use of the grant and the high-quality execution of Work Packages.

Despite current challenges, we are confidently moving forward, keeping a firm course toward the internationalization and resilience-building of Ukrainian education. The outcomes of this meeting will significantly improve the educational process, ensure the training of a new generation of competitive professionals, and give impetus to new applied scientific research in the field of socio-psychological assistance and inclusion.
