Проєкт  “Соціальні дії молоді та влади”

За ініціативи ректора та відділу міжнародних зв’язків, комунікації та інноваційно-наукової роботи студенти та викладачі закладу утворили ініціативну

групу професіоналів та молоді презентували Кам’янець-Подільську громаду у проекті «Соціальні дії молоді та влади», проєкт створено ГО «Центром молодіжної політики» завдяки отриманому гранту від Програми «Підтримка організацій громадянського суспільства (ОГС)» в Україні у межах фінансової підтримки Посольства Великої Британії. Програма реалізується Crown Agents у партнерстві з International Alert і у співпраці з Crown Agents in Ukraine. Метою участі студентів та викладачів НРЗВО «Кам’янець-Подільський державний інститут» є створення простору для маломобільних груп населення м.Кам’янець-Подільський та долучитись до ініціативи “Соціальні дії молоді та влади”, яка створена для молодих людей, які прагнуть покращити свою громаду. В рамках проєкту учасники отримали практичні знання щодо основ молодіжної політики, комунікацій, адвокаційних кампаній та підходу GESI — Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (гендерна рівність та соціальна інклюзія). Створюються дослідження та ідеї облаштування простору для осіб з числа маломобільних груп населення.

Влітку 2023 року делегація НРЗВО “Кам’янець-Подільський Державний Інститут” (ректор Мар’ян Тріпак , к.е.н., доцент, заслужений працівник освіти України)  у складі представників відділу міжнародних зв’язків, комунікації та інноваційно-наукової роботи Марина Волощук , Анастасія Ткачук, в.о.декана факультету соціо-психологічної діяльності, реабілітації та професійної освіти Оксана Палилюлько, керівника Психолого-педагогічного відділу Наталія Сторожук, мали змогу долучитися до форуму “Соціальні дії молоді та влади” у м. Київ. На форумі розглядали конкретні кейси адвокації, взаємодії молоді і влади, зокрема, у процесах просування соціальної інклюзії та гендерної рівності.

В листопаді 2023 року відбувся оффлайн тренінг в рамках проєкту «Соціальні дії молоді та влади”, НРЗВО “Кам’янець-Подільський Державний Інститут ” (ректор Мар’ян Тріпак) з радістю прийняв гостей та тренерів Центру молодіжної політики. До заходу долучилась молодь НРЗВО КПДІ, м. Кам’янець-Подільський, Староушицької ОТГ Староушицька ТГ, представники Молодіжних рад і Студентських рад. Під час тренінгу відбулось обговорення питань про поточний стан захисту прав людей з числа вразливих груп населення на території громади, рівень інклюзивності місцевого суспільства, тренери та експерти Максим Заєць та Ірма Нініашвілі розповіли студентам НРЗВО КПДІ, молоді, яка представляла Молодіжну раду Староушицька ТГ, м. Кам’янець-Подільський, студенства інших ЗВО м. Кам’янець-Подільський про впровадження підходів GESI у роботі місцевого самоврядування та громадського сектору, як інструмента реалізації соціальної інклюзії, інтеграції та гендерної рівності.

У лютому 2024 року за ініціативи відділу міжнародних зв’язків, комунікації та інноваційно-наукової роботи науково-педагогічні працівники факультету соціо-психологічної діяльності, реабілітації та професійної освіти відбувся Круглий стіл в рамках проєкту «Соціальні дії молоді та влади». До заходу долучилися міжнародні представники, а саме представники громадських організацій, діяльність яких спрямована на розвиток молодіжної політики та просторів в Румунії, Дмитро Назаренко, заступник Кам’янець-Подільського міського голови з гуманітарної політики, Кам’янець-Подільська міська рада, Павло Григорович, заступник директора департаменту гуманітарної політики, – завідувач відділу молоді та спорту, Кам’янець-Подільська міська рада, Максим Заєць, представник ГО “Центр молодіжної політики”, студенти НРЗВО КПДІ, представники Молодіжної ради Староушицька ТГ, та фахівці Староушицької ОТГ. Робота під час круглого столу відбувалась у контексті чотирьох презентаційних платформ.

Під час Презентаційної платформи 1. Молодіжні центри в Україні – перспективи, розвиток, реалії відбулось обговорення особливостей функціонування молодіжних центрів, зокрема, просторів для молоді з числа маломобільних груп в Україні. Під час роботи Презентаційної платформи 2. Молодіжні центри для осіб з числа маломобільних груп населення за кордоном: міжнародний досвід, кейси розвитку та перспективи відбулось активне обговорення створення простору для осіб з числа маломобільних груп, аналіз кейсів країн ЄС та перспективи розвитку й імплементації стандартів ЄС. Презентаційна платформа 3. Молодіжний центр для осіб з числа маломобільних груп: дослідження перспективи, інтереси молоді з інвалідністю, а також Презентаційної платформи 4. #Ми разом та поруч відбулось обговорення ідеї проєкту створення простору для осіб з числа маломобільних груп населення (зокрема дітей та осіб з інвалідністю, позбавлених батьківського піклування, внутрішньо переміщених осіб).

“Social actions of youth and government” Project

On the initiative of the rector and the department of international relations, communication and innovative and scientific work, students and lecturers of the institution formed an initiative group of professionals and young people and presented the Kamianets-Podilskyi community in the project ” Social actions of youth and government “, the project was created by the NGO “Youth Policy Center” thanks to a grant received from the Program “Support of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs)” in Ukraine within the financial support of the Embassy of Great Britain. The program is implemented by Crown Agents in partnership with International Alert and in cooperation with Crown Agents in Ukraine. The purpose of participation of students and lecturers of the ERIHE “Kamianets-Podilskyi state institute” is to create a space for persons from the amount of low-mobility groups in Kamianets-Podilskyi and to join the initiative “Social actions of youth and government “, which was created for young people who want to improve their community. Participants received practical knowledge about the basics of youth policy, communications, advocacy campaigns and the GESI approach — Gender equality and social inclusion (gender equality and social inclusion) within the framework of the project. Research and ideas for arranging space for persons with limited mobility are being created.

In the fall of 2023, the delegation of the ERIHE “Kamianets-Podilskyi state institute” (rector Marian Tripak, PhD in Economics, associate professor, Honored education worker of Ukraine) consisting of representatives of the department of international relations, communication and innovative and scientific work Maryna Voloshchuk, Anastasiia Tkachuk, acting dean of the faculty of socio-psychological activities, rehabilitation and professional education Oksana Palyliuko, head of the psychological and pedagogical department Nathaliia Storozhuk,  had the opportunity to join the forum ” Social actions of youth and government ” in Kyiv. They considered specific cases of advocacy, the interaction of youth and the government, in particular, in the processes of promoting social inclusion and gender equality at the forum.

In November 2023, the offline training was held as part of the project “Social actions of youth and government “, ERIHE “Kamianets-Podilskyi state institute” (rector Marian Tripak) gladly received the guests and trainers of the Center for Youth Policy. The event was attended by the youth of ERIHE KPSI, c. Kamianets-Podilskyi, Staroushytska SSU Starousytska TC, representatives of Youth Councils and Student Councils. During the training, issues were discussed about the current state of protection of the people rights from among vulnerable population groups in the territory of the community, the inclusiveness level of the local society, trainers and experts Maksym Zaiets and Irma Niniashvili told the students of ERIHE KPSI, young people who represented the Youth Council of Staroushytska TC, c. Kamianets-Podilskyi, students of other higher education institutions of Kamianets-Podilskyi about the implementation of GESI approaches in the work of local self-government and the public sector, as a tool for implementing social inclusion, integration and gender equality.

In February 2024, the round table was held as part of the project “Social actions of youth and government ” at the initiative of the department of international relations, communication and innovative scientific work, scientific and pedagogical workers of the faculty of socio-psychological activities, rehabilitation and professional education. The event was attended by international representatives, namely representatives of non-governmental organizations whose activities are aimed at the development of youth policy and spaces in Romania, Dmytro Nazarenko – deputy mayor of Kamianets-Podilskyi for humanitarian policy, Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council, Pavlo Hryhorovych, deputy director of the Humanitarian policy department, head of the Youth and sports department, Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council,Maksym Zaiets – representative of the NGO “Youth Policy Center”, students of the ERIHE KPSI, representatives of the Youth Council of Staroushytsk TC, and specialists of the Staroushytsk STC. The work during the round table took place in the context of four presentation platforms.

Presentation platform 1. Youth centers in Ukraine – prospects, development, realities, there was a discussion of the peculiarities of the youth centers functioning, in particular, spaces for young people from the amount of low-mobility groups in Ukraine. Presentation Platform 2. Youth centers for persons from the amount of low-mobility groups abroad: international experience, development cases and prospects, there was an active discussion of creating space for persons from the amount of low-mobility groups, analysis of cases from EU countries and prospects for the development and implementation of EU standards. Presentation platform 3. Youth center for persons from the amount of low-mobility groups: a study of perspectives, interests of youth with disabilities, as well as Presentation platform 4.  #We are together and close, the idea of a project to create a space for persons from the amount of low-mobility groups (in particular, children and persons with disabilities, those deprived of parental care, internally displaced persons) was discussed.
