24 листопада 2025 року в онлайн форматі в рамках проєкту Erasmus + Capacity building in VET «MENTAL HEALTH FOR EDUCATIONAL INCLUSION IN DISTRESSED UKRAINIAN VET» (MIND) відбулась зустріч членів консорціуму проєкту. Серед членів консорціуму – НРЗВО «Кам’янець-Подільський державний інститут» (ректор Мар’ян ТРІПАК; проектний менеджер НРЗВО КПДІ Марина Волощук) ВСП Кам’янець-Подільський фаховий коледж НРЗВО КПДІ.

Під час зустрічі члени консорціуму обговорили особливості дизайну стратегії розвитку професійної освіти та навчання в українських закладах передвищої та вищої освіти; стратегії розвитку з чітким фокусом на соціальну та освітню інклюзію вразливих груп населення (українців, які страждають на посттравматичний стресовий розлад, що перешкоджає їхній участі в навчанні та, відповідно, впливає на їхню здатність до працевлаштування), а також особливості внутрішніх стратегій розвитку та актуальності для українських надавачів послуг у сфері професійної освіти та представляє середньострокове бачення та практичні заходи для українських закладів професійно освіти щодо взаємодії з місцевими стейкголдерами, особливо з малим та середнім бізнесом (МСБ) та приватним сектором, в якому окреслено стратегії прогнозування та реагування на динамічні потреби у навичках у межах місцевого соціально-економічного контексту, що сприятиме підвищенню стійкості та потенціалу розширення діяльності операторів професійної освіти (Документ D2.2).

Члени консорціуму – представники українських закладів підкреслили особливості потреб та стратегій кожного закладу, який вони представляють та обговорили особливості розробки та чернеток внутрішніх стратегій.

MEETING OF THE CONSORTIUM MEMBERS OF THE INTERNATIONAL PROJECT Erasmus+ Capacity Building in VET “MENTAL HEALTH FOR EDUCATIONAL INCLUSION IN DISTRESSED UKRAINIAN VET”

On November 24, 2025, an online meeting of the consortium members was held within the framework of the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in VET project “MENTAL HEALTH FOR EDUCATIONAL INCLUSION IN DISTRESSED UKRAINIAN VET” (MIND). The consortium partners include ERIHE “Kamianets-Podilskyi State Institute” (Rector Marian TRIPAK; Project Manager – Maryna VOLOSHCHUK) and SSS Kamianets-Podilskyi Professional College ERIHE KPSI.

During the meeting, consortium members discussed the design features of the strategy for the development of Vocational Education and Training (VET) in Ukrainian professional pre-higher and higher education institutions. The focus was on development strategies with a clear emphasis on the social and educational inclusion of vulnerable groups (specifically Ukrainians suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), which hinders their participation in training and, consequently, affects their employability).

The meeting also addressed the specifics of internal development strategies and their relevance for Ukrainian VET providers, which presents a medium-term vision and actionable measures for Ukrainian VET institutions to engage with local stakeholders, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and the private sector. It outlines strategies for anticipating and responding to dynamic skill needs within the local socio-economic context, aimed at enhancing the resilience and outreach capabilities of VET operators (Document D2.2).

Consortium members representing Ukrainian institutions highlighted the specific needs and strategies of their respective organizations and discussed the progress and drafts of their internal strategies.

22 липня 2025 року в онлайн форматі в рамках проєкту Erasmus + Capacity building in VET «MENTAL HEALTH FOR EDUCATIONAL INCLUSION IN DISTRESSED UKRAINIAN VET» (MIND) відбувся вебінар «EU Tools and Framework for VET». Члени консорціуму MIND, науково-педагогічні працівники та психологи, серед членів консорціуму – НРЗВО «Кам’янець-Подільський державний інститут» (ректор Мар’ян ТРІПАК; проектний менеджер НРЗВО КПДІ Марина Волощук) ВСП Кам’янець-Подільський фаховий коледж НРЗВО КПДІ, ознайомились із результатами проведеного опитування, виявлені прогалини та потреби обізнаності теми, які презентували представники університету UNINA. Під час вебінару відбулось представлення та обговорення наступних питань: особливостей безперервного покращення якості на основі циклу забезпечення якості, зокрема, референсної рамки EQAVET, яка включає низку індикаторів та орієнтовних дескрипторів для оцінювання та вдосконалення національних і регіональних систем професійно-технічної освіти. Також відбулось обговорення особливостей впровадження EQAVET на національному рівні, використання ESCO, яке містить описи 3 039 професій та 13 939 навичок, пов’язаних із цими професіями, перекладених 28 мовами; а також EQF, 8-рівневої рамки, заснованої на результатах навчання, яка охоплює всі типи кваліфікацій і слугує інструментом перекладу між різними національними рамками кваліфікацій.

On July 22, 2025, the webinar “EU Tools and Framework for VET” was held online in the framework of the Erasmus + Capacity building in VET project “MENTAL HEALTH FOR EDUCATIONAL INCLUSION IN DISTRESSED UKRAINIAN VET” (MIND).

Members of the MIND consortium, scientific and pedagogical workers and psychologists, among the members of the consortium is – ERIHE “Kamianets-Podilskyi state institute” SSS Kamianets-Podilskyi professional college of ERIHE KPSI, reviewed the results of the survey, identified gaps and needs in the awareness of the topic, which were presented by representatives of UNINA University.

During the webinar a presentation was made on the following issues: features of continuous quality improvement based on the quality assurance cycle, in particular, the EQAVET reference framework, which includes a number of indicators and indicative descriptors for the assessment and improvement of national and regional vocational education systems. During the webinar was also a discussion on the specifics of the implementation of EQAVET at the national level, the use of ESCO, which contains descriptions of 3,039 occupations and 13,939 skills related to these occupations, translated into 28 languages; as well as EQF have been discussed by the presenter and participants of the event, an 8-level framework based on learning outcomes that covers all types of qualifications and serves as a translation tool between different national qualifications frameworks.

Члени консорціуму MIND, науково-педагогічні працівники та психологи, серед членів консорціуму – НРЗВО «Кам’янець-Подільський державний інститут» ВСП Кам’янець-Подільський фаховий коледж НРЗВО КПДІ, ознайомились із результатами проведеного опитування, виявлені прогалини та потреби, які презентували представники університету UNINA. Під час вебінару відбулось також обговорення ключових висновків теми вебінару, матеріалів, презентованих представниками ADN. Крім того, відбулось обговорення основних стратегій та інструментів проведення опитувань та вивчень потреб роботодавців, здобувачів освіти та інших стейкголдерів, особливості дослідження можливих та відповідних практик, інструментів та ресурсів.

On July 2, 2025, the webinar “Responsiveness to Labor Market Needs and Changing Skills” was held online in the framework of the Erasmus + Capacity building in VET project “MENTAL HEALTH FOR EDUCATIONAL INCLUSION IN DISTRESSED UKRAINIAN VET” (MIND).

Members of the MIND consortium, scientific and pedagogical workers and psychologists, among the members of the consortium – ERIHE “Kamianets-Podilskyi state institute” SSS Kamianets-Podilskyi professional college of ERIHE KPSI, reviewed the results of the survey, identified gaps and needs, which were presented by representatives of UNINA University.

The webinar also included a discussion of key findings of the webinar topic, materials presented by ADN representatives. In addition, there was a discussion of the main strategies and tools for conducting surveys and studies of the needs of employers, students and other stakeholders, features of the research possible and relevant practices, tools and resources.

30 червня 2025 року, в онлайн форматі відбулась робоча зустріч консорціуму проєкту Erasmus + Capacity building in VET «MENTAL HEALTH FOR EDUCATIONAL INCLUSION IN DISTRESSED UKRAINIAN VET» (MIND). Серед членів консорціуму – НРЗВО «Кам’янець-Подільський державний інститут» ВСП Кам’янець-Подільський фаховий коледж НРЗВО КПДІ. На зустрічі члени консорціуму обговорили особливості проведення вебінарів WP 1-2, імплементації заходів проєкту MIND, дисемінації та планування подальших заходів в рамках проєкту.

Члени консорціуму вказали на особливості і ключові аспекти результатів вебінарів WP 1-2, а також запланували нові заходи в форматі онлайну у вересні 2025 року.

Щиро дякуємо усім за неймовірні обговорення, ідеї, результати.

On June 30, 2025, a working meeting of the Erasmus + Capacity building in VET “MENTAL HEALTH FOR EDUCATIONAL INCLUSION IN DISTRESSED UKRAINIAN VET” (MIND) project consortium was held online. Among the members of the consortium are Educational and rehabilitation instituton of higher education “Kamianets-Podilskyi state institute”, Separated structural subdivision Kamianets-Podilskyi vocational college of ERIHE KPSI. During the meeting the consortium members discussed the features of conducting WP 1-2 webinars, the implementation of MIND project activities, dissemination and planning of further activities within the project.

Consortium members pointed out the features and key aspects of the results of the WP 1-2 webinars, and also planned new events in an online format in September 2025.

We are grateful to everyone for the incredible discussions, ideas, results.

17 червня 2025 року відбувся вебінар «PTSD Identification and Management» в рамках проєкту 101183228 — MIND — ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CB-VET “Mental health solutions for educational Inclusion in Distressed Ukrainian VET / Рішення у сфері психічного здоров’я для освітньої інклюзії професійної освіти, що зазнала кризових викликів” (MIND) (Capacity Building in Vocational Education and Training / Розбудова потенціалу професійної освіти (CB-VET)). Серед партнерів консорціуму – НРЗВО «Кам’янець-Подільський державний інститут», ВСП Кам’янець-Подільський фаховий коледж НРЗО КПДІ.

На вебінарі представники університету UNINA презентували основні проблемні аспекти теми ПТСР та менеджменту, практики, підходи, інструментарій та ресурси взаємодії учасників освітнього процесу.

Представники університету UNINA поділились результатами дослідження та виділили основні аспекти у виявленні та менеджменті в умовах створення простору, вільному від тригерів та травмуючих подій, елементів.

Представники українських закладів освіти, члени консорціуму, долучились до обговорення створення безпечних просторів, використовуючи власний досвід створення таких просторів під час війни, надання соціо-психологічної підтримки учасникам освітнього процесу, комунікація із здобувачами освіти, які мають травмівний досвід та особливості менеджменту закладу в умовах військового стану.

On June 17, 2025, a webinar “PTSD Identification and Management” was held within the framework of the project 101183228 — MIND — ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CB-VET “Mental health solutions for educational Inclusion in Distressed Ukrainian VET” (MIND) (Capacity Building in Vocational Education and Training (CB-VET)). Among the consortium partners are Educational and rehabilitation institution of higher education “Kamianets-Podilskyi state institute”, Separated structural subdivision Kamianets-Podilskyi professional college of ERIHE “Kamianets-Podilskyi state institute”.

During the webinar representatives of UNINA University presented the main problematic aspects of the topic of PTSD and management, practices, approaches, tools and resources for interaction between participants in the educational process.

Representatives of UNINA University shared the results of the study and highlighted the main aspects of the identification and management, creating non-triggering spaces, free from triggers and traumatic events, elements.

Representatives of Ukrainian educational institutions, members of the consortium, joined the discussion of creating safe spaces, using their own experience in creating such spaces during wartime, providing socio-psychological support to participants in the educational process, communicating with students, who have traumatic experiences, and the specifics of institution management under martial law.
