02 липня 2025 року, в онлайн форматі в рамках проєкту Erasmus + Capacity building in VET «MENTAL HEALTH FOR EDUCATIONAL INCLUSION IN DISTRESSED UKRAINIAN VET» (MIND) відбувся вебінар «Responsiveness to Labor Market Needs and Changing Skills». Члени консорціуму MIND, науково-педагогічні працівники та психологи, серед членів консорціуму – НРЗВО «Кам’янець-Подільський державний інститут» ВСП Кам’янець-Подільський фаховий коледж НРЗВО КПДІ, ознайомились із результатами проведеного опитування, виявлені прогалини та потреби, які презентували представники університету UNINA. Під час вебінару відбулось також обговорення ключових висновків теми вебінару, матеріалів, презентованих представниками ADN. Крім того, відбулось обговорення основних стратегій та інструментів проведення опитувань та вивчень потреб роботодавців, здобувачів освіти та інших стейкголдерів, особливості дослідження можливих та відповідних практик, інструментів та ресурсів.

Щиро дякуємо усім за обмін досвідом, ідеї, думки та інноваційні стратегії.

Працюємо далі та створюємо унікальні платформи для обміну досвідом, удосконалення практики вивчення потреб стейкголдерів, особливостей освітнього процесу і професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців, а також соціально-психологічної підтримки та досліджень.

On July 2, 2025, the webinar “Responsiveness to Labor Market Needs and Changing Skills” was held online in the framework of the Erasmus + Capacity building in VET project “MENTAL HEALTH FOR EDUCATIONAL INCLUSION IN DISTRESSED UKRAINIAN VET” (MIND).

Members of the MIND consortium, scientific and pedagogical workers and psychologists, among the members of the consortium – ERIHE “Kamianets-Podilskyi state institute” SSS Kamianets-Podilskyi professional college of ERIHE KPSI, reviewed the results of the survey, identified gaps and needs, which were presented by representatives of UNINA University.

The webinar also included a discussion of key findings of the webinar topic, materials presented by ADN representatives. In addition, there was a discussion of the main strategies and tools for conducting surveys and studies of the needs of employers, students and other stakeholders, features of the research possible and relevant practices, tools and resources.

We are sincerely grateful for the sharing experiences, ideas, thoughts, and innovative strategies.

We continue to work and create unique platforms for experiences exchange, improving the practice of studying the needs of stakeholders, the features of the educational process and professional training of future specialists, as well as socio-psychological support and research.

30 червня 2025 року, в онлайн форматі відбулась робоча зустріч консорціуму проєкту Erasmus + Capacity building in VET «MENTAL HEALTH FOR EDUCATIONAL INCLUSION IN DISTRESSED UKRAINIAN VET» (MIND). Серед членів консорціуму – НРЗВО «Кам’янець-Подільський державний інститут» ВСП Кам’янець-Подільський фаховий коледж НРЗВО КПДІ. На зустрічі члени консорціуму обговорили особливості проведення вебінарів WP 1-2, імплементації заходів проєкту MIND, дисемінації та планування подальших заходів в рамках проєкту.

Члени консорціуму вказали на особливості і ключові аспекти результатів вебінарів WP 1-2, а також запланували нові заходи в форматі онлайну у вересні 2025 року.

Щиро дякуємо усім за неймовірні обговорення, ідеї, результати.

Працюємо далі та створюємо унікальні платформи для обміну досвідом, навчання, викладання, соціально-психологічної підтримки та наукових досліджень.

On June 30, 2025, a working meeting of the Erasmus + Capacity building in VET “MENTAL HEALTH FOR EDUCATIONAL INCLUSION IN DISTRESSED UKRAINIAN VET” (MIND) project consortium was held online. Among the members of the consortium are Educational and rehabilitation instituton of higher education “Kamianets-Podilskyi state institute”, Separated structural subdivision Kamianets-Podilskyi vocational college of ERIHE KPSI. During the meeting the consortium members discussed the features of conducting WP 1-2 webinars, the implementation of MIND project activities, dissemination and planning of further activities within the project.

Consortium members pointed out the features and key aspects of the results of the WP 1-2 webinars, and also planned new events in an online format in September 2025.

We are grateful to everyone for the incredible discussions, ideas, results.

We continue to work and create unique platforms for the sharing experiences, training, teaching, socio-psychological support, and scientific research.

17 червня 2025 року відбувся вебінар «PTSD Identification and Management» в рамках проєкту 101183228 — MIND — ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CB-VET “Mental health solutions for educational Inclusion in Distressed Ukrainian VET / Рішення у сфері психічного здоров’я для освітньої інклюзії професійної освіти, що зазнала кризових викликів” (MIND) (Capacity Building in Vocational Education and Training / Розбудова потенціалу професійної освіти (CB-VET)). Серед партнерів консорціуму – НРЗВО «Кам’янець-Подільський державний інститут», ВСП Кам’янець-Подільський фаховий коледж НРЗО КПДІ.

На вебінарі представники університету UNINA презентували основні проблемні аспекти теми ПТСР та менеджменту, практики, підходи, інструментарій та ресурси взаємодії учасників освітнього процесу.

Представники університету UNINA поділились результатами дослідження та виділили основні аспекти у виявленні та менеджменті в умовах створення простору, вільному від тригерів та травмуючих подій, елементів.

Представники українських закладів освіти, члени консорціуму, долучились до обговорення створення безпечних просторів, використовуючи власний досвід створення таких просторів під час війни, надання соціо-психологічної підтримки учасникам освітнього процесу, комунікація із здобувачами освіти, які мають травмівний досвід та особливості менеджменту закладу в умовах військового стану.

On June 17, 2025, a webinar “PTSD Identification and Management” was held within the framework of the project 101183228 — MIND — ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CB-VET “Mental health solutions for educational Inclusion in Distressed Ukrainian VET” (MIND) (Capacity Building in Vocational Education and Training (CB-VET)). Among the consortium partners are Educational and rehabilitation institution of higher education “Kamianets-Podilskyi state institute”, Separated structural subdivision Kamianets-Podilskyi professional college of ERIHE “Kamianets-Podilskyi state institute”.

During the webinar representatives of UNINA University presented the main problematic aspects of the topic of PTSD and management, practices, approaches, tools and resources for interaction between participants in the educational process.

Representatives of UNINA University shared the results of the study and highlighted the main aspects of the identification and management, creating non-triggering spaces, free from triggers and traumatic events, elements.

Representatives of Ukrainian educational institutions, members of the consortium, joined the discussion of creating safe spaces, using their own experience in creating such spaces during wartime, providing socio-psychological support to participants in the educational process, communicating with students, who have traumatic experiences, and the specifics of institution management under martial law.

16 травня 2025 року відбувся вебінар «Private Sector Engagement» в рамках проєкту 101183228 — MIND — ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CB-VET “Mental health solutions for educational Inclusion in Distressed Ukrainian VET / Рішення у сфері психічного здоров’я для освітньої інклюзії професійної освіти, що зазнала кризових викликів” (MIND) (Capacity Building in Vocational Education and Training / Розбудова потенціалу професійної освіти (CB-VET)). Серед партнерів консорціуму – НРЗВО «Кам’янець-Подільський державний інститут», ВСП Кам’янець-Подільський фаховий коледж НРЗО КПДІ.

На вебінарі представники університету ADN та UNINA представили особливості дослідження теми, ідентифікацію стейкгодерів та мапування, особливості взаємодії в освітньому процесі та під час професійно підготовки здобувачів освіти. Представники університету UNINA презентували особливості заснування та розбудови довготривалих, ефективних, взаємовигідних партнерств та співробітництва, які відповідають потребам ринку праці, покращенню працевлаштування, стійкості та інклюзивності.

Під час вебінару організатори акцентували увагу на ключових стратегічних аспектах взаємодії з приватним сектором та стейкгодерами, залученими до професійної освіти; надано рекомендації та практичні інструменти для заснування співпраці з приватним сектором.

Представники українських закладів освіти, члени консорціуму, долучились до обговорення та поділились власним досвідом вивчення потреб ринку праці, роботодавців, використання даного досвіду під час підготовки майбутніх фахівців.

On May 16, 2025, a webinar “Private Sector Engagement” was held within the framework of the project 101183228 — MIND — ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CB-VET “Mental health solutions for educational Inclusion in Distressed Ukrainian VET” (MIND) (Capacity Building in Vocational Education and Training (CB-VET)). Among the consortium partners are Educational and rehabilitation institution of higher education “Kamianets-Podilskyi state institute”, Separated structural subdivision Kamianets-Podilskyi professional college of ERIHE “Kamianets-Podilskyi state institute”.

During the webinar representatives of AND and UNINA presented the features of researching the topic, identifying stakeholders and mapping, and the features of interaction in the educational process and during the professional training of students.

Representatives of UNINA presented the features of establishing and developing of long-term, effective, mutually beneficial partnerships and cooperation that meet labor market needs, improve employability, sustainability, and inclusivity.

During the webinar the organizers focused on key strategic aspects of engagement with the private sector and stakeholders involved in professional education; recommendations and practical tools for establishing cooperation with the private sector were provided.

Representatives of Ukrainian educational institutions, members of the consortium, joined the discussion and shared their own experience in studying the needs of the labor market, employers, and using this experience in training future specialists.

06 травня 2025 року відбулась на зустріч членів консорціуму в рамках проєкту 101183228 — MIND — ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CB-VET “Mental health solutions for educational Inclusion in Distressed Ukrainian VET / Рішення у сфері психічного здоров’я для освітньої інклюзії професійної освіти, що зазнала кризових викликів” (MIND) (Capacity Building in Vocational Education and Training / Розбудова потенціалу професійної освіти (CB-VET)). Серед партнерів консорціуму – НРЗВО «Кам’янець-Подільський державний інститут», ВСП Кам’янець-Подільський фаховий коледж НРЗО КПДІ.

На зустрічі члени консорціуму обговорили особливості діяльності відповідно до реалізації Робочого пакету 1, особливості проектного менеджменту та координації, особливості моніторингу та оцінки, дисемінації результатів проєкту.

Члени консорціуму обговорили особливості проведення подальших вебінарів в рамках Робочого пакету 2, тематику заходів, організаційні аспекти та наступі кроки. Також під час зустрічі обговорили особливості реалізації Робочого пакету 4, внесок кожного члена консорціуму та очікувані результати.

Among the consortium partners are Educational and rehabilitation institution of higher education “Kamianets-Podilskyi state institute”, Separated structural subdivision Kamianets-Podilskyi professional college of ERIHE “Kamianets-Podilskyi state institute”.

During the meeting of consortium members discussed the specifics of activities in accordance with the implementation of Work Package 1, the specifics of project management and coordination, monitoring and evaluation, and the dissemination of project results.

The consortium members discussed the specifics of conducting further webinars within the framework of Work Package 2, the topics of the events, organizational aspects and next steps. Also during the meeting, they discussed the specifics of the implementation of Work Package 4, the input of each consortium member and the expected results.

08 січня 2025 року відбулась стартова зустріч членів консорціуму проєкту 101183228 — MIND — ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CB-VET “Mental health solutions for educational Inclusion in Distressed Ukrainian VET / Рішення у сфері психічного здоров’я для освітньої інклюзії професійної освіти, що зазнала кризових викликів” (MIND) (Capacity Building in Vocational Education and Training / Розбудова потенціалу професійної освіти (CB-VET)). Серед партнерів консорціуму – НРЗВО «Кам’янець-Подільський державний інститут», ВСП Кам’янець-Подільський фаховий коледж НРЗО КПДІ.

На зустрічі партнери представили свої заклади та презентували особливості діяльності та функціональну важливість проєкту MIND для закладів освіти України. Під час зустрічі обговорювались особливості реалізації робочих пакетів, вивчення міжнародного досвіду, дослідження, організації заходів у гібридному форматі заходів, а також академічної мобільності впродовж проєкту в рамках реалізації робочих пакетів та інші питання реалізації проєкту.

On January 8, 2025, the starting meeting of the members of the project consortium 101183228 — MIND — ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CB-VET “Mental health solutions for educational Inclusion in Distressed Ukrainian VET” (MIND) (Capacity Building in Vocational Education and Training (CB-VET)) was held.

Among the consortium partners are Educational and rehabilitation institution of higher education “Kamianets-Podilskyi state institute”, Separated structural subdivision Kamianets-Podilskyi professional college of ERIHE “Kamianets-Podilskyi state institute”.

During the meeting partners introduced their institutions and presented the features of their activities and the functional importance of the MIND project for educational institutions in Ukraine.

During the meeting, the features of the implementation of work packages, the study of international experience, research, the organization of events in a hybrid format, as well as academic mobility during the project within the framework of the implementation of work packages, and other issues of project implementation were discussed.
